Our juices are untreated and preserved only by temperature. You must keep them cold (ideal temp: 38F) to ensure they stay fresh and can meet or exceed the use-by date. All juice that is ordered on this website is made and pressed specifically for you. This enables us to guarantee the full 5-day shelf life when we deliver (or have available to pick up) locally.

All juices that are shipped via UPS are pressed and sent on the same day, but will have 1 less day to drink due to the transit time.
