Shipping policy

General Shipping Information:
Temperature-sensitive products that are not picked up and refrigerated upon delivery are not responsible by Cold Off the Press. By ordering for delivery, you understand that you are ordering a perishable product that requires consistent refrigeration.

There is a $34 minimum order amount to be eligible for local delivery.  

Regional Shipping Information:
We ship our juices anywhere in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. We only ship juice on Tuesdays and Thursdays to arrive Wednesdays and Fridays, respectively. Your order will be updated with tracking information that is updated in real time from the courier (UPS).

Your juices are delivered in a box with an insulated liner and ice packs. Based on weather conditions and shipping time, we use a formula to determine the amount of ice packs needed to ensure your juices arrive cold.
